Susil DUNGARWAL is a retail & Shopping Mall Specialist, with over 35 years of experience. He has worked with leading Retailers & Shopping Malls across India, Iran, Nepal, Nigeria, Oman & Qatar. He has closely been involved in more than 75 Malls spreading across over 50 million sq.ft., working with the best Shopping Mall projects for Lulu Group, DLF group, Tata Group, Supertech Group, Omaxe Group, Logix Group, Malabar Group, Gokulam Group, etc.

He pioneered the Shopping Mall Advisory & Mall Management in India & served international markets too. Prior to Beyond Squarefeet, as a professional, he has held leadership positions for various Retailers & Mall Developers such as Saint Mark, Big Kids Kemp, Shoppers Stop, Haiko Supermarket, The Loft, Culture Shop, The LOOT, Forum Malls, Emaar Malls, Ishanya, etc., for reputed groups such as K Raheja Group, Hiranandani Group, Prestige group, Emaar MGF, Deepak Fertilizers, etc. He is a visiting faculty to the top business schools & also an author, social media influencer and blogger.

Sangeetha DUNGARWAL, is an alumni of S.P. JAIN Institute of Management & Research - Mumbai & is a firm believer in creating business models, which are driven by passion. She comes with a rich background of Finance, Administration Management, Talent Management & Corporate Strategy. She has been a serial entrepreneur for the last 30 years, leading projects from owning designer boutique to being Director/Promoter of several companies in various verticals, such as Sustainability, Mall Advisory, Mall Management, Exports, Beauty Sector, etc., as a part of her portfolio.

Born in an entrepreneurial family, she has supported many starts-ups, created their strategies & Business Plans. She is also a very active member of various NGO’s such as JIWO, Sakhi Manch, Bharat Jain Mahamandal, etc.

Chandershekhar KAUL holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture from Sir JJ College of Architecture, Mumbai and has also done his M.Arch. with specialisation in Urban & Regional Planning. With over 15 years of experience, he is a Shopping Mall Specialist with extensive experience and exposure in Retail Planning, Designing, Leasing, Marketing and Fit-out Management.

Kaul joined Beyond Squarefeet in 2013 to head the Design & Development vertical and gradually moved on to became the Managing Director of the company in 2020. He has worked with renowned real estate developers like R.Raheja & Phoenix Group, as well as consulting companies like Madison World in past. He was actively involved with the complete development of Palladium, a luxury mall, at Mumbai & Chennai and the 35 lakh sq. ft. mixed used development of Chennai Market City during his last stint with Phoenix Group prior to joining the company. Admired for his never give up attitude he has been playing a crucial role to grow the business and is currently responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Mall Advisory Business.

Ashok JAIN is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Terracon Ecotech Private Limited, an ecology based Natural Resource Management Company that specializes in Nature Based Solutions, based in Mumbai. He is also an advisor to Beyond Squarfeet Group and Aliagroup for financial, legal and strategic matters.

He has had 25+ years of work experience in diverse industries such as environment, financial services, agribusiness & retail and has worked with several large corporate houses such as Tata Group, RPG Group, Shoprite Group of South Africa and Australian Government. He has exposure to several domain businesses like commodity procurement and trading, fresh produce supply chain management, currency trading, risk management, and international business development.

He holds post-graduate qualifications in management (MBA) and Law (LL.B.) from University of Mumbai. He is also a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Investment Banker (CIB) from the ICFAI, Hyderabad, INDIA.

Ashok Jain’s strengths include project management, structuring deals, financial engineering, government relationships, international business and organizational development.

Lance STANBURY is a retail property management expert with over 20 years’ experience in setting-up, launching and managing large scale, mixed-use shopping centres across EMEA. He established the boutique retail management consultancy Mall Consultants Ltd in 2009. He established the internationally renowned Mall Management Masterclass training seminars, which are CPD approved, on which he lectures throughout the world; most recently in India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates and Singapore.

Having worked previously in the UK and internationally for CBRE, JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, he has been responsible for steering the successful openings of eight world class retail destinations.

Jonathan YACH possesses over 35 years of expertise in the commercial real estate and shopping mall domains. He is recognized as a seasoned professional in the realm of shopping malls, boasting comprehensive proficiencies in strategic, tactical, and operational management. His focus is on delivering effective solutions and tangible outcomes. Priorly, he has held key leadership responsibilities across several distinguished organizations including CBRE/Broll Property Group (Africa), Colliers, Propcare Mall Management, BlackStone, and Virtuous Retail. Through his extensive international exposure, spanning regions like South Africa, India, and Kenya, he has cultivated a profound understanding of the intricate balance required to adapt shopping malls to their perpetually evolving markets.

His contributions encompass a broad spectrum, spanning from Mall Development to Mall Management, with a significant emphasis on adeptly managing mall marketing strategies and operational aspects.

Yash PAGNIS holds a post graduate specializing in Marketing Management from K.C College of Management Studies, Mumbai with Retail Management as his core subject. With close to 15 years of experience & exposure in Shopping Mall Industry, he is a specialist in the area of Mall Marketing that includes Mall events & promotions, branding & advertising, non-lease revenue generation, vendor management, brand enhancement, retailer relationships and so on. His key strengths are integrity, proactive approach & perseverance.

PAGNIS joined Beyond Squarefeet family in 2017 as Senior Manager - Mall Activations in Mall Management vertical and gradually moved on to become General Manager - Mall Marketing in 2020. He has worked with renowned Malls like Infiniti Mall of K.Raheja Group, Nirmal Lifestyles, Housing Development & Infrastructure Limited as well as his entrepreneurial stint at Brandlink Media Communications Pvt Ltd, a national brand activation agency. With his Pan India network of Mall Marketing professionals, vendors & suppliers, advertising partners, events & decor agencies, he is a well know figure in mall marketing fraternity. Admired for his innovative concepts & experiential marketing he is currently responsible for providing the Malls with strategic plans that would result in attracting footfalls, increase in trading density & consumption for the mall.

Manish MEHTA has over 27 years of exposure in Real Estate, Retail, Franchising, Business Development and Leasing. He has an expertise in handling diverse business models and has a proven track record of identifying and developing markets to maximize revenues and profitability. He has worked with Phoenix Mills as a Vice President leasing and has been associated with various Retail companies like BJN Hotels, Shopper's Stop and India Book House.

Amrik PANESAR holds a MBA degree in Marketing Management. He is a Retail Management professional with nearly 19+ years of extensive experience in managing profit centre operations for shopping Malls, business development and leasing/sales in international and domestic markets, with an overall business perspective, focused on sales and best practice identification and implementation. He has worked with Manjeera Mall, Centrepoint, Landmark Group, Pantaloons Retail, Central and Reliance Industries.

Ashok KHURANA has over 20 + years of experience in Hotels, fashion retail and mall management in the Middle East (Dubai, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia) and India (Bangalore, Vadodara, Pune, Kota and Chennai). He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce after an excellent schooling foundation from bishop cottons boys' school, Bangalore. He has worked with renowned companies like Taj Group, Shoppers Stop, Landmark Group, Lifestyle, Future Group, Phoenix Market City and Pioneer Property Zone in various capacities of Operations and Business Development.

Parvinder SINGH has more than 16 years of experience. He has worked with Carnival Cinemas, Cinepolis, Easyday Market, Inox Leisure Ltd. and Pizza Hut. He has an extensive experience in managing Business administration, Retail Operations, Multiplexes, F&B, Supply Chain, Store Management, handling VIP events to name a few.

Saket SHARMA has over 8 years of experience in Retail Leasing. He has been a part of the organization since 2015

He has worked with all major national and international retail brands operating in India. With his deep understanding of retail and shopping mall he has added lot of value to leasing vertical in the company. His skills in Business Development and good connection within the industry have helped the company bag few prestigious projects. He has managed all aspects of lease management for over 3.7 million sq. ft. of retail space across the country. He specializes in Catchment Analysis, Positioning of Malls, Category Mix, Zoning, Closure of Transaction, etc.

Ar. Shilpi KAPOOR has over 15 years of professional experience out of which last 12 years were in Retail Design Delivery and Fit-Outs. She has successfully delivered fit-outs for Elante Mall, Chandigarh and L&T's TOD Hyderabad projects to name a few. She has worked with some of the National and International design firms viz. Ar. Hafeez Contractor, Michael Aukett Architects, London. She has also worked with renowned retailers and developers like Reliance Retail Ltd., K Raheja (Inorbit Malls) and L&T Realty.

Aseem is an experienced professional with over 30 years of expertise in the Indian Retail Industry. He has a diverse skill sets that include Corporate Management, Business Development, Projects, Merchandising, and setting up and managing various retail formats such as Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO's), Franchisee's, Shop in Shops (SIS's), and Trade Channel Partners.

Throughout his career, Aseem has worked with many renowned Indian brands like Proline, Pantaloon, Shoppers’ Stop, TBZ, and Chemistry, and also with internationally recognized brands like Dunhill, Escada, OVS, and Stephens Brothers. He has been instrumental in opening over 600 stores for various National and International brands at a Pan India level in high streets and malls.

Aseem has extensive experience in negotiating and finalizing deals with landlords and developers to secure prime retail locations for brands. He has worked with world-renowned architects from Hong Kong, Germany, UK, and Italy to design and develop these retail spaces.

Durgesh Singh is an experienced and innovative thinker with a focus on retail leasing, business development, and mall management and holds a Post Graduate Specialization in Marketing Management. He has over 23 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, Retail, Franchising, Business Development, and Leasing. Mr. Singh has a proven track record of formulating and implementing successful business strategies to achieve leasing revenue goals through persistent efforts and follow-up.

Previously associated with Godfrey Phillips and P&G in the FMCG sector, Mr. Singh has a notable achievement in launching the first and biggest mall in Central India, City Mall 36 in Raipur & Bilaspur - Chhattisgarh. As the project leader, he successfully set up the entire mall and led the Leasing team to secure Anchors, Multiplex, FEC, and Vanillas within the specified timelines.

As the head of Leasing and Management at I Retails Advisory, Mr. Singh leased more than 5 malls to leading national and international brands, improved footfall, managed internal and external services, which all contributed to increased returns for the developer.

In his current role with Beyond Squarefeet, Mr. Singh aims to leverage his expertise to further company's objectives.
